Upon completion of our on-site consultation you will be presented with a detailed, written proposal. This document clearly outlines the total price of your projects. We guarantee that our painting estimates will not exceed the price outlined in the estimate*.

* The exceptions are carpentry work where the immediate scope is unknown prior to work commencing and/or services quoted under the “Additional Services” header. These items also feature guaranteed prices, should you elect for us to perform them.

Construction is inherently dangerous. We protect our customers from any claims against their property resulting from worker injury with full Workers Comp insurance. In addition, we carry a $1,000,000 Liability policy to protect you in the unlikely event of property damage resulting from our work.

You will be presented with a copy of our insurance policies, specifically listing your property as insured, prior to any work being initiated.

If you desire references with specific experience relating to your job, we will happily identify them for you.
